Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Yan & Hin. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at yanandhinshop@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a full refund

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
